I just received a bunch of old pics of India over 100 years old. A couple caught my eye. The first is how they cross the rivers in the Himalayas by inflating a cow/animal skin below The second is some Fakirs/holymen Michael

Excuse me??.......They ride inflatable cows down the river?.....And they can stand there with straight faces to have their pictures taken? Hehe. The one in the back looks like a polar bear backpack.

Yup riding cows was the forerunner to inflatable rafts. Yes it does look like a polar bear.

Yes, the pictures are priceless! Michael: weren't Indians supposed to worship cows? How did they manage to skin them like that?
Enigma: you need to expand your awareness ;D ;D I bet you keep a straight face when somebody takes a picture of you near your car. The guy in the front is as proud as I'd be near a Lamborghini.
