After being on the spiritual search for over 20 years I can only say two people have really touched me in a way where I have made progress:
- DOUGLAS HARDING - LESTER LEVENSON
Check them out if you are not familiar. Books are on amazon. Videos on U-Tube

I can recommend "Face to No-face" with Douglas Harding to anyone. I think I have read it like 15 times, that and Power of Now are my little bibles. Short, simple, clear. I have read other of his books as well but they are not as easy to grasp. Too bad Douglas went and died, I would have really liked to meet him:)

Yes Douglas was a sweet and honest guy. Although saying he was not stable in his own "headlessness" he was very good teacher-pointer just by leading the people in the exercices . He was doing so just by telling you what you can read by yourself when you read the instructions of the exercice. Nothing more, nothing less. This i s why he was a good teacher. And then you get it or not. And this has nothing to do with any special way of telling reading the instructions. So you be sure you did'nt miss anything by not meeting him "alive". Except what you can get when meeting a sweet and honest guy. m I can recommend "Face to No-face" with Douglas Harding to anyone.
