Hey Frank, I didn't mean to diss your link there! You're right about it not mattering. In my experience, when I'm earnest, I find earnest pointers from whomever/where-ever. There is no frank to diss anyway. That's the madness of it all!

Wow, this dude seriously needs to integrate. If everyone believed very seriously that they had a second head, then just telling them that there isn't one isn't all that helpful until they see it for themselves. But it looks like he just needs to accept his own experience....

Lightmystic: I'm glad you've mentioned the need for him to integrate. Is mania an indication of the need for better integration aswell? If so is mania always part of the transition?

Hey Frankshank, Depending on the personality type, mania can very much be a part of the growth process, although it hopefully cools off a bit over time. When people get very excited about their experience, because any new one can be so overwhelming at first, there is a tendency often to want to hold it up and look at it. The problem with that is that is separates it from ourselves. In order to fully accept the experience, there has to be the recognition that everything is, and has always been, that way. Then the experience is grounded, and it can never go, no matter what. Because it's based on a recognition that has been fully accepted. Does that answer your question? Lightmystic: I'm glad you've mentioned the need for him to integrate. Is mania an indication of the need for better integration as well? If so is mania always part of the transition?
