Attention to what-is
Abe: Many want to point out “reality” to you. They say, “Face the facts. Look at what-is.” And we say to you: If you are able to see only what-is, then, by Law of Attraction, you will create only more of what-is. You must put your thoughts beyond what-is in order to attract something more or something that is different.

Worrying about Illness Can Create More Illness
When you give your attention to something, your potential for attracting it is increased. The more vivid the details, the more likely you are to attract it into your experience. And so, any negative emotion you feel while observing something is your indication that you are negatively attracting.

Unfortunately, people can't accept that they're responsible for what happens in their lives. One's emotions always cause in his/her life situations that will generate similar emotions only in him/herself. One's beliefs too. This is so simple, evident, and useful!

Dream thoughts are not creative thoughts
Abe: Whatever you are thinking (and therefore, feeling) and that which you are attracting is always a match. Also, what you are thinking and feeling in the dream state and what is manifesting in your life experience is always a match. Your dreams give you a glimpse into what you are creating – but you are not in the process of creating while you are dreaming. ... unless you are a creative dreamer. Creative dreamers soon get to realise their Power.
