Have you seen Coreen lately? She seem to have gained a lot of weight. Just askin'... ....before I say something like: nice try. If you tell Coreen she gained weight, she`ll tell you she`s dating. |

Who is she dating, looking like that? No offense, of course. Nothing wrong with being fat. Some have to have some weight to protect themselfs from ....what ever. I'm fat too. I mean really really fat. Fatter than Coreen. And I have tatoos and piercings in all the wrong places. I'm sorry to tell you this. What about Kevin? He seem to have gained weight also. Have you seen him lately? |

Some have to have some weight to protect themselfs from ....what ever. I'm fat too. I mean really really fat. Fatter than Coreen. And I have tatoos and piercings in all the wrong places. I'm sorry to tell you this. What about Kevin? He seem to have gained weight also. Have you seen him lately? Lately I have been doing sit-ups in bed. Counting one to twenty. Then I pause back to this laptop. This gadget sits in bed. At least I do this three times a day or when I feel like. It strengthens the tummy muscles and way of getting rid of fat. Try it. I t has made me feel better recent days. I have diabetes, hypertension. My serum cholesterol/triglyceride is high. I take two tabs at night and four tabs after breakfast. I suffered a heart attack 10 years ago. If I see Kevin, I will tell him that. But nope I have not seen Kevin. I only see K-Vin`s ( facebook account ). Gotta go..Sunday mass awaits. |
