This is the place where I was born. It`s the R&R capital of Southern Philippines. We have lots of sandy white beaches, waterfall, caves, hills and mountains for climbing. We have pretty women, handsome boys to tour and guide you. We have Casinos, fine restaurants, girly bars, massage spas. Our dialect is Visayan. Our national language is Filipino. We speak and write English, our medium of instruction. We have here fruits like mangoes, bananas, coconuts, star apple, jackfruit, dragon fruit, guyabano, guava, watermelon, pomelo, grapes. Our staple food is rice. We eat dried fish, dried squid. The local delicacy is roasted pig.

Visayan in Sanskrit is a person engaged in illicit sex, gambling and alcohol intoxication. We Visayans in Cebu inherited these traits from Lord Siva, the demigod controlling the mode of passion/ignorance. I am promoting the Lord Siva`s way in Cebu, too. To attract local and foreign tourists in order to improve the island`s economy, promote jobs and improve the inhabitants material life. Her famous product`s this one.

Would that include people who come to your country for sex-tourism? And if not, you should re-phrase your advertisement. In other words, what kind of people would you like to come to your country and what kind of economie would you like to have? If you are not suffiently educated in political science in economics, you can ask for being educated about it. Do you think the government of the Philipines is a real democracy? According to my model? And if no, what do you think can be done about it, in order to get a (non-corrupt) democratically elected government? Thank you, Kali.

Would that include people who come to your country for sex-tourism? And if not, you should re-phrase your advertisement. In other words, what kind of people would you like to come to your country and what kind of economie would you like to have? It`s really up to the foreigners if they are looking for sex with the natives. Koreans and Japanese tourists have decided to stay for good by marrying the locals and put businesses here from Korean and Japanese restaurants, dental clinics, beauty shops, selling second hand cars, etc. There are also Germans, Americans, French tourists. They make Cebu their drop off point and hop to the other islands by ferry/plane. The Chinese, they come here to gamble or smuggle drugs ( crack/meth ). We have an underground economy where the poor sell grilled hotdogs, pork barbecues and hanging rice in the sidewalks. Others are coordinators of illegal numbers game, drug runners. A marijuana stick to locals at 5 pesos, to foreigners maybe a dollar( 50 pesos ) a stick. They all blend together with rich and middle class citizens who eke a living employed in the civil service, employed that man the malls, supermarkets, etc. You name it we got it. There growing number of HIV/Aids cases, STDs. Sex in Cebu sells like hotcakes and majority whether law-abiding/prostitutes/scums are devotees of the Sr Sto Nino of Cebu ( Holy Child Jesus ).
If you are not suffiently educated in political science in economics, you can ask for being educated about it. Being a retired employee ( 22 years service ) in the Cebu Provincial Government made me sick of politics and politicians.
Do you think the government of the Philipines is a real democracy? According to my model? And if no, what do you think can be done about it, in order to get a (non-corrupt) democratically elected government? The Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte won the presidential elections by majority vote. I did not vote for him. He vowed to kill without due process all drug lords, narco politicians, drug abusers, drug pushers if caught. At this point in time we have 6000-7000 victims of OPLAN TOKHANG killed by the police ( vigilantes ) without the benefit of being haile to jail and tried in court.
Thank you, Kali. Your welcome, Uma.

I visited Maribago Blue Waters in many occasions. The scenery is great. Wonderful buffet. You can also dine at the Cove. Lobsters, prawns, shells, exotic fish and crabs are delicacies.

Unfortunately, although the food offering sounds great, I am a vegetarian. Is it good for diving and snorkling? Looks as if.

You can snorkel and dive in the sea which is in the other side. They also serve vegetarian food e.g. pasta sans meat, tofu, etc.

But thanks for the invitation anyway. I remember Dr Jaya Sri Radhey, a dear friend, once told me, " Body is not important. Use your mind. "
