There is no difference between love of your own Self and pleasing the Lord. This is selfishness. your response is fueled by your belief that others should do what you say, you have no control here. control yourself as thats all you can control. you know this so stop. or i will continue. You are deluded.

self·ish /ˈselfiSH/ adjective 1. (of a person, action, or motive) lacking consideration for others; concerned chiefly with one's own personal profit or pleasure: "I joined them for selfish reasons" Bhakti is not selfishness. It`s devotional service.
Devotional service means trying to please the Lord. It is meant to give Krishna happiness, not to give happiness to ourselves. Devotional service is the soul’s eternal constitutional propensity, the living entity’s natural characteristic. The soul has no other constitutional duty than to offer service to the Lord.
There is no difference between love of your own Self and pleasing the Lord. This is selfishness. You yourself have become a dual person. What has become of the word generous if you insist on calling love of self & pleasing the Lord selfish?

i will plant seeds in your minds so you can nurture and grow in your selves. feel the energy in my words, understand the valve of negative and positive energy lies in our root chakra and is also linked to fight or flight response.

On Gurdjieff, did he really make all those trips as described, Meetings with remarkable men. Peters, Bennett and ouspensky did they love him as a teacher but not as a man? he tought what he knew, he only knew what his path lead him to believe, all paths are different and things can be learnt from all. we all can love every one as teachers for every one makes mistakes we can learn from. Yes wise words.

Duality is a wonderful thing. Welcome to the club. The reality is inclusive of non dual and dual, unity and diversity. Maya is also Brahman.
