And that's a platitude that bears no resemblence to what's happening. You want me to look at what you're saying though you have absolutely no interest in looking at what I've said. Can you not see it's NOT your story  Your perceived wanting comes only from your own questions not the teller of the story. My only want was for an explanation as to why the word self was scratched in favour of the word Place, in the phrase Know Thyself. To this I was given an analogy of an unconfirmed meeting between two ancient leaders of philosophical thought. It is my understanding, as I have already said that these men would have known that they were meeting theirselves.. so the word Place has no place in such an example. If you can't see that that's what's happened.. then feel free to carry on writing what you think has happened. |
