Nice videos/pics! (Moody Blues) Yes, thanks, I thought so too...a little synchronicity... In April-May of 1973 I went on a scuba diving trip, out of West Palm Beach, Fla. off Grand Bahama Island. I had never heard of The Moody Blues until about a week before I left, I heard a guy talking about them and recommending them...as the most spiritual band around. We were driving back, it was Saturday the day of the Kentucky Derby. We stopped at a restaurant, it had a juke box. I checked, there were two Moody Blues songs on it, I played them both, first time ever hearing them, I think one was For My Lady (from Seventh Sojourn). I've been hooked since, still my favorite band ever. Oh...I just remembered the other song, (the A side) I'm Just a Singer In a Rock-n-Roll Band (not really, I just googled it  ). I've been thinking about posting some videos, but I wanted to embed them, not just do the typescript link. I figured out how to do that today so have been poking around looking for some stuff. What I posted is a cross of some favorite songs with good pictures. (I put some videos on the teacher/rebirth of the great work section also). |
