Physiological Data
When he arrived at our office, he was reportedly drinking 17 liters of water a day and rarely using the bathroom [we did not count the liters: his chelas (followers) reported this to us; we did note he did not often use a bathroom]. According to his followers, this was an improvement over the 30 liters/day he used to consume! We observed that he often visibly perspired on his forehead and wiped his forehead often or the water literally ran down his face. He constantly cleared his throat, as if chronically congested, and his voice was often gruff as if choked with phlegm.
His followers said he never slept – I observed his eyes were often bloodshot, yet he did not seem tired. Supposedly his physiological parameters were astounding: he should be in a diabetic coma or dead and yet he was not! His pituitary was the size of an egg! There are many situations where your physical chemistry gets out of whack. You are like a chemical factory and what you are giving your attention to causes you to emit these radio signals or vibrations and that is the essence behind all of this manufacturing. When you are in vibrational harmony, your body produces whatever it needs to remain in perfect balance.
What physical Beings would call perfect balance and what your physical body would actually call perfect balance are often not even close to the same thing. You do strange things with your body. An absolute natural body is one that rests often—not slumbers. Your body does not need sleep. You sleep for alignment of Energies. In other words, you can rest when you are sitting down.
If you were an absolutely natural Being, you would rest, you would move. You would move your bodies a lot more than most of you do. You would drink a lot more water than most of you do. You would eat much less food than most of you do. You would eat much more natural food. You would be driven by the desire for fuel and physical Energy producing foods rather than things that taste good. But since most of you have not learned to follow your impulse, most of you are doing things more by the clock than by your natural inclination: “You should go to bed at a certain time and you should get up at a certain time and we all need our rest.”
A natural schedule is unsettling to most of you. You work these strange hours where, for long periods of time, you demand concentration and you don’t allow yourselves to go the bathroom or consume as much liquid during those times as you really naturally would if you were more free. If you were more free, you’d work for a little while. You’d be more like our friend who would give your utter attention to something, and when you’d reached your fill on that subject, you’d sort of just zone out and regroup.
But most of you do not allow yourself this naturalness. You put yourself in these very stringent conditions where you, from the outside, try to guide yourself. And then you say, as you go to the doctor, “I’m having this unnatural experience.” (i.e. illness)
If Esther were to go to a physician and have her Energy monitored or her blood level monitored or even her heart rate monitored, they would be very worried about her because as the Energy flows through her that we know is the condensation of Abraham Energy, her body is adjusting in very different ways than a normal human body.
If you went to the doctor every fifteen minutes they’d find all sorts of things out of whack in your body because your body is constantly escalating from balance to imbalance from balance to imbalance from balance to imbalance. In other words, you’re constantly finding your balance. And right when you get out there on the edge of imbalance and then your body... All the resources of your body are coming into play to bring you back into balance. If you go for an examination while you’re out there on that edge, you’ll be off the chart on some of those things. Where if you’ve gone the next day once your body has brought you back into balance, you’d say, “Ah, all is well.” And how is it that you find that rendezvous point? It has to do with what you’re giving your attention to.

First, we want to explain to you the benefit of sleep. It isn’t’ about resting, because you are resting even as here you are sitting on these chairs. The benefit of sleep is that you withdraw your Consciousness from this physical realm, and when you withdraw your Consciousness, you withdraw any pushing against or resistance. And when there is no resistance, then your body is able to align to its higher vibration. And so, slumber is more about aligning vibration than anything.
So it stands to reason that one who is more connected to the nonphysical energy stream would require less sleep or would want less sleep.
You see, when you slumber and your Consciousness withdraws, even though your Energies are being aligned, your body is not receiving movement and your body really thrives with movement. Any of you who become sedentary, and your society sort of does that to you as you work eight hours or... But your body is really a body of motion. Your body is an organism that wants to move.
There are three things that we would do that most of you don’t do. We would drink enormous quantities of water. So much water that in the beginning we would find ourselves uncomfortable because the elimination process would be a bit hindering. But we really would. We would drink lots and lots and lots of water. Your capacity to hold more water will grow as you consume more water, and so the elimination process would not be so uncomfortable and every cell of your body, which is mostly water, would benefit. Because the Energy transmission of your body is affected. The more water you drink the more easily the Energy flows.
And so, there are lots of things that you could eat but the one thing that we really encourage is more water, and we mean water minus preservatives, water minus caffeine, water without sugars. We mean water. We really do. We mean water. Water with minerals, water with all of the natural stuff that is in water. We would drink water and we would find a Source of it that is pure without too much dealing with. In other words, if you can find water that is water, that’s what we would drink. Water.
The other thing that we would do is, that we would move our bodies intentionally. We would find reason to move. And by moving, we don’t mean dramatic exercise. We mean moving. We mean motion. We mean walking, mostly. Moving the body. Moving the arms. Flexing the muscles. Stretching the muscles. Movement.
And the third thing that we would do is, that we would rest when we are tired and we would awaken when were refreshed. In other words, we would try to follow a more natural rhythm. Now, that’s hard to do under the work environment that many of you live, but we would sleep shorter snatches more frequently. We would take a little nap on the lunch hour if we could and we snatch a little nap after work if we could. And we’d sleep a shorter expanse in the middle of the night. We would not sleep longer than four hours at any stretch. Only because the body benefits so much by motion.
For most, that’s going to be a difficult acclimation. Because you’ve trained yourself to believe that you need eight hours of sleep.

A good way to approach your body: See it as a manufacturing plant. And you are bringing it all kinds of raw materials, and it is so sophisticated in its ability to utilize those raw materials, that it can pretty much derive whatever it is wanting. That is one of the reasons that, what the physicians call, a balanced diet is of value. Because if you are giving enough balance to your body, it can get what it needs from it.
In other words, your body is primarily water. And so, the more water you consume, the happier the cells of your body are. Everything about your body works better if you are drinking more water. And aside from that, your body can pretty much deal with whatever.
