hey silver do you take fenugreek or cayenne? Not teaching you to suck eggs butt you need to get the old boiler and pipes serviced . What's the fenugreek or cayenne gonna do? I'll look it up, but I'd like to know from your personal perspective what's up with them. Well the fenugreek is like the pipe cleaner and the cayenne is like the jump start for the heart . I take both each day . So much nutritional info out there Silver, I will let you digest it ..

I mean in all honesty, any herb or mineral or whatever will have something in small print saying not to take this if you suffer from that lol . No-one would be able to consume anything if we religiously go by the guide lines . I think we all weigh up in our minds what is right for our bodies . My mum for 40 years spoke about eating a salty fat diet full of eggs and such likes when the doctors said no waaaaay maaan . Now they are beginning to turn their old ways on their heads .

I got a fortune cookie a day or two ago, says "Nature, time and patience are the three great physicians." I like it!

These are also fine doctors: If you want me to call them out, tell me where they are. But I think they know they are not real doctors.

I have a serious fantasy of wanting to 'be' that girl - this is from the movie Step Up and this dance routine is to me, killer. One very simple childhood memory of mine is when my mom gave me a book - one of those 'Golden Books' -thin hard-cover books about a little girl who had trouble with her legs or feet or something, yet she dreamed of being a dancer. I forget how it ends, I'm sure it's hopeful, but I had congenital foot/metatarsal deformity - subtle - so subtle that the doc back then thought it was my being pigeon-toed. Wrong! Much later in life, I broke my foot and the foot specialist took x-rays and he examined my feet and said that my metatarsals were splayed sort of inward and I have high arches which I already knew - he said it was like the beginning of club feet. Like wow, man. Not only that, but he also examined my joints (ankles, knees) and whistled at just how 'bad' they were - I don't remember what he said, but it must've been pretty severe. Yet I've always been a good dancer. An old gal can dream.

Have you ever found yourself Dancing in dreams Silver? If you can and NOT get too excited(emotionally) I reckon your well-being would improve considerably. I have had minor healing,s in dreams which were quite quick. I cured myself of long term excema just above my rt ankle that were deeply bothered. Within a week, the skin had resurfaced and within the first day, all itching ceased. Give it a try. Write yourself a letter to awaken in dreams and place it under your pillow each night for 3 nites an see what comes.

I'll see what I can do - have mixed feelings about how useful dreams are because most are pretty weird. Saw this quote and liked it: The ultimate value of life Depends upon awareness And the power of contemplation Rather than upon mere survival - Aristotle

Friday I have an appointment with a heart specialist - I suppose we'll be talking about the possibility of another ablation but I kinda doubt that will happen. Been reading an article from UCSF - a short yet concise article on the subject. Just in case someone's interested here's the link: cardiology.ucsf.edu/care/clinical/electro/flutter.htmlI am very unhappy with my docs so I'm not expecting much in the way of contentedness at that ov but - we'll see. In the meantime - speaking of snakes (when I hear the word snakes any more, my thoughts go to frogs - sorta weird, don't you think!) ... um, almost forgot - it's a joke: "A man finds a handsome, but unusually inexpensive horse. The seller tells him, "He's cheap because a Baptist minister trained him, and he don't respond to normal commands. Say 'Jesus Christ' and he goes, yell 'Sin!' and he stops." The man replies, "At that price, I'll take him anyway." Soon after, the man is riding the horse when it's suddenly spooked by a snake. It dashes in a panic toward the edge of a steep cliff. The man yells, "Stop! Stop!" The horse races on. Then, at the last moment, the man remembers. "Sin!" he shouts. The horse skids to a stop at the cliff's edge. Still shaking from fright, the man looks at the 1000 foot drop, says, "Jesus Christ!"
