Webster says they are something that actually exists; reality; truth:I don't know man, but I'm thinking there are some facts being passed around that really ain't facts Good point, I see a lot of fact 'finding' going on. Someone's got the facts now they just have to find them.

Yes, I don't think I am understanding what you mean too. So nothing can be done to leave this forum? You and I are just biding our time here waiting for the unfolding universe so that we can leave? Or are you saying the present choice to leave this forum is based upon past choices, experiences and conditioning? What? You are not waiting for unfolding universe, Continual of present movement is the unfolding universe. When you read this words of mine, universe unfolds the reading in you. Unfolding universe includes your choice and my choice and every other person choice in this universe. Every present movement of yours is being unfolded. Okay, if the Unfolding universe includes my choice, what's so futile about that? Wouldn't the idea that the Unfolding universe doesn't include my choice be futile?

Jay is as jay does. It seems you find some form of pleasure and\or satisfaction and\or relief in publicly slandering others. Perhaps compensating for some kind of perceived lack within yourself. Perhaps countering adverse sensations from esteem issue(s). Perhaps it's your way of coping with other's thoughts that you don't agree with. Perhaps it's how you re-enforce your perception you are superior to others. By all means Reefs, knock yourself out, if this is what you need or desire to constantly do. I have no need or desire to engage in any effort to stop you doing these things. Just though i'd acknowledge your efforts. I could say i have no idea why an adult would behave in such a manner, but there no point in doing that as... "Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darkness of other people." - Carl Jung ...i'm confident i have a pretty decent understanding of human nature now. May your incessant denigration of others serve you well at this particular section of your journey. Forrest Gump is one of my all time fav movies. slander is a strong word... think I'll have Andy run a fact check on yer allegation.. Why?

If you are going to represent me, please get it right. Andrewism is that Oneness is absolutely inclusive, which means (somewhat paradoxically) that exclusion is also included. Infinite possibility contains every possibility, including no possibility. To me, this is classic TMT. To say all inclusive includes exclusion is mental confusion, which is why the paradox shows up. To say infinite possibility includes no possibility is the same paradoxical confusion. Mind capitalizes on the imperfect nature of language and concepts to confuse himself, and thinks itself clever for doing so. Given the best benefit of the doubt, the end of the seeking can involve the collapse of certain patterns of rational thought, and a process of questioning and doubting is what precedes that collapse. If the mind quiesces from there, and the intellect remains silent, the nature of the endless spin is known -- not in mind, but in the sense of gnosis, for what it is. Interestingly enough, from there, mind can come to recognize it's own limits and express that recognition on it's own terms. In this case, the recognition is in the form of encountering the paradox: (1) Inclusion excludes nothing. (2) Therefore, inclusion includes exclusion. (3) Therefore, inclusion is exclusion, and exclusion is inclusion. We've referred to the logic that starts in (2) by the humorous term of "logitating" and we've referred to the process as a whole as "hyperminding" and really, if ya' didn't laugh you'd cry. Because this really is an opportunity -- when I first encountered and recognized my own self-contradictions on a text based forum a year after reading Tolle, the whole process just sort of wound it's way down naturally ... and, well, reading Niz seemed to have helped some too. Trying to explain this to others over the years has been a major facet of the disaster that is laffy English.

What you've said here is a steaming pile of horse manure. There are many words out there today that are known and accepted to be insults, and yet could be said to be 'factual'. I can give you loads of examples if you want, the only reason I haven't is because I don't want to write a list of insults that are contextually correct, but if you don't check it yourself, I could give you some. No-one said you were psychotic, what was suggested was a psychotic need. That might not be 'obviously false' to some, which by your logic makes it okay. Telling someone they are stupid or an idiot is an insult. Drop the non-duality beliefs for a while and come back to the real world. Depends on intention and context. If I - as an evil club member - call Enigma an evil club member that is brainwashing other innocent members, then that's obviously said in fun and not an insult. If Tzu or Arisha would say that, it would be an insult again, because they mean business. You see, your childish literalism isn't getting us anywhere. And in the process of your ranting and raving, dense and hopeless have already become an insider joke on the forum. That's how fluid this all is. You were fighting against peeps seeing dense and hopeless as harmless. And now, as a result of that fight, dense and hopeless have become an inside joke, i.e. harmless. The exact opposite of what you wanted. You've manifested what you were fighting against. Looks like a lose/lose for you. Maybe you wanna let it go now?Dense and hopeless much?

All I can say for definite is that the nature of experience has changed radically over 20 years, I would characterize that as a shift from indirect to direct experience. I don't exclude moral questions/issues from my experience. I am not afraid of saying something is right or wrong. I am not afraid of differentiating between good and evil. It's all part of the human experience and I do not run away from it, though there might be times to step back from it. Absence of moralism is not the presence of amorality. We've discussed this a couple of years ago already. It's what the story of the Zenmaster, the Priest and the Rabbi in the bar is designed to demonstrate. The distinction between the notion of the sancrosanct and good/evil is one that is a major mind hook and a clear hindrance for lots of people during informing of mind. It's also an easy point of exploitation for those with a negative interest in the pointers.

slander is a strong word... think I'll have Andy run a fact check on yer allegation.. Why? primarily because I found that part to be humorous.. ergo the laughing emoji thing but since you brought it up.. is it a fact Reefs "finds some form of pleasure and\or satisfaction and\or relief in publicly slandering others"... or were you just blowing off some steam?

Now you are just trying to sound clever. So what does impersonal mean in terms of Non-Duality? Absence of the illusion of the perimeter between that you, and that not you.

Hey Andy, is that clear enough? is there going to be another 150 pages of post mortem? A question that can only be a hopeless product of denseness.

Yes, agreed, the explanation for a piece of work that was seat of the pants spontaneous fiction, quite beautiful. Who says something good can't come out of nonsense. Not me!

Given the way the organism functions, I would say it would have to be a fact. Who, in the course of history, has ever publicly slandered others without getting something out of it?

I resonate with some of Sri chinmoy's and ramana's descriptions and yet what chinmoy and ramana are speaking of are different things . So make of that as you will lols . There wasn't anything that another has said that actually fits my own interpretation of events . I think when we are speaking of beyond mind or beyond the sense of self or Self then only a sense of self or Self can make sense of anything . It is impossible to describe no self, or no Self from a position of self, or Self and whats beyond mind from within mind . Perhaps whatever one calls the realization won't be it and I am cool with that but from bits and pieces of what I have picked up along the way after my realization had was basically what I had entertained via no longer associating what I am to self or Self . I understood that S.R. was the realization that there is no self or Self but it does seem that there are different courses for different horses on that score . The key points I look for in another's interpretation of their realizations is what is contained within the realization . If there is a sense of the heart center or there is a sense of light perceived or there is a sense of the mind body being attentive on one's breath or whatever then it is not as I had realized what I had realized .
At the end of the day the realization is either associated to S.R, G.R, or Samadhi . They are all words in association and different folk interpret all realizations differently .Nope. You really don't understand. No biggie though. Nope .. you just don't understand what I am talking about .. No biggie though ..
