Goody: That's right. I'll explain further when I get back to town. Right now I'm too busy herding cats. Ha ha.

People here don't have same opinions on this "saving people". Didn't ZD quote herding picture of Zen before? The last stage is called "Entering the marketplace with helping hands." I don't know anything about stages and such (I'd just drop that idea if I were you), but the helping others can be a real distraction. It can be a distraction because there are so many people and so many ways to help. If you want to help others - do so by whatever means you want, but as Nisargadatta has pointed out: you won't be able to help much until you are beyond the need of help yourself. Realize yourself. That is the best service you can give the world.

Question,
What matters is point of view. One day "I", one day not "I." Nothing has changed yet everything has changed. Point of view.
Inherent intelligence, awareness, love, creativity, whatever anyone attributes to ______ doesn't matter. Just be mindful that all conditioned arising is impermanent.

Ah, I never see those ads: Adblock+. Though if you wanta keep the lbs off, try a smart phone food tracking app like this one: And if you don't have a smart phone - get one! I've finally been able to keep the weight off this time for almost a year now thanks to being mindful and keeping track of what I eat. I've tried tracking what I eat before, but it just doesn't work well for me until these tools came out. Anyway...back to important topics such as mass feline transportation.

Zendancer, I know that I'm not in charge. I don't see anything being in charge of anything, stuff just happens, nobody around to blame or applaud for any of it -- that's my direct experience. By the way: I've already admitted that I'm not in charge a year ago and you still seem to keep insisting that I believe to be in charge? You wrote, "I would have probably stopped seeking a long time ago, if......" but you didn't. You're still here asking questions, so this idea is nothing more than an idea and has nothing to do with reality. Thanks for calling me out on that, it was a pretty dumb thing I said there, lol.
