Maybe the following should have been posted here instead of Intro:-
There seems to be many versions of nonduality, many of which say that there must be a realization of this or that in order to discover 'what' you are. That 'what' is often referred to as 'One' or 'Oneness' to indicate that despite the appearance of very solid looking difference, All is nevertheless One. Those versions will give advice to help you along the way because they have an objective for you.
There seems to be one version however that has no objective for you, and no advice for you whatsoever, that version says that you are already that 'Oneness', exactly as you already are. For if that 'Oneness' is All then it must already be you not knowing who you are!
No other version seems to have this complete absense of distance beteen the seeker and sought, not even the distance of having to realize any of this.
