There is a parable. Disciples decided to test their teacher.
They approached him hiding a butterfly in semi-closed hands and asked him if the creature is dead or alive.
They agreed amongst themselves that if the teacher answers: "Dead", the disciple will open hands and the butterfly will fly away alive, but if the teacher says "Alive" he will slightly squeeze his palms so that the butterfly will be dead...
Wise teacher answered: "Everything is in your hands..."
So we are always able to change our reality the way we want it. If you want to go green just go for it!
If you want to make it Space of Love - just do it, everything is in your hands!

Reality is a complex of Man’s habits and World Concepts existing in Man’s mind and being formed and changed by Man’s mind either consciously or unconsciously.
Considering that nowadays the vast majority of us would agree that Man was created in “God’s image and likeness”, so we are all gods, creators by definition, from the time of Pristine Origins, and as creators we create our own Reality. Any Man does it, no matter if we want it or not! Creation is the law of Man, it is just the natural way of things. Just imagine – You create Your Own Reality – this single thought inspires, does not it?

Vestnikra: Reality cannot be imagined. If you are creating "your own reality", then you are living in your imagination and what you think is reality is actually a meta-reality. Imagine two men who create their own meta-realities. The first man thinks, "My world is very happy," because he thinks happy thoughts. Another man thinks, "My world is very sad," because he thinks sad thoughts. The real world is neither happy nor sad; it is beyond all ideas.

My suggestion is to look for the one who thinks he is creating anything. Cheers.
