I think Sam Vaknin does a very good job in explaining how the malignant narccissist functions and how the folie-a-deux between them (the NPD people) and others with personality-disorders dances the un-healthy dance of co-dependency.
The so called schizoid-character types are my favourite ones, because they prefer to be alone and are not needy for attention for the wrong reasons. Sam Vaknin, in MHO, is a scholar in psychology worth listening to.
I consider him my companiero, because he put a lot of work and research into exposing certain dynamics like nobody else in this particular field ever did.
