It is important to know our history - where did we come from? And how did we develop?
If you paid attention to those excellent natural history programs - which tells us how flying was developed - they'll be talking about life back 200 million years ago? But we are taught modern man is of the order of around 8 million years ago? How old is our oldest constructions? Maybe only of the order of 14,000 years ago?
Anyway we are told of only one timeline in which we developed from so-called primitive into civilisation.
But sprinkled amongst this graduation we have the anomalies pointed out by Christopher Dunn and Brien Foerster - in their Youtube videos they point out artefacts which can only be created by a level of technology greater than ours, that was present in ancient times. Machining so precise - that we find hard to recreate today. Dunn points out that Petrie realized this too, when he came upon a particular artefact which Petrie couldn't explain. What is apparent is that Egyptologists (for the most part, with the exception of Petrie) were not engineers and should not be commenting on the engineering feats of past civilisations, unless they are so qualified or have that kind of background.
Not only is our ancient history important but all our recent history too. 9-11 is a prime example, when the public is told an official story that simply does not add up - in terms of physics and it's timeline of supposedly events.
If you're concerned about the spiritual nature of our living - then we all need to be on the same boat. That we want a world of peace and cooperation - and not nations ready to go to war at the touch of a nuclear button. We have to leave our violent nature behind - to mature and grow up as a human race - to realise the folly of all past wars - which is simply about violence/bullying. To treat each other as equals - that we are all one and the same - all human beings living the same kind of life here on this Earth. To treat our home/Earth with respect - and not use it's finite resources for self profit, etc. The concept of the God deity is a false one - it makes more sense/logic there is no 'God' as that fostered by religions. Where God is a process by which all living and non living things/etc are driven - is of course different from the religious sense of God, and is more believable - where science and nature are part of the God process. I prefer not to use the term God at all because of it's two very different meanings. Meier uses the term 'the Creation' instead - which makes more sense, if you read it's definition and explanation, etc. Meier writes a lot about this and brings back all this information available to the public once more. Things which Jesus taught - which Christianity dubbed and erased. The same thing happened to Islam.

In spiritual terms a waste of time.Unless you contact some alien YOURSELF who is able to give you the sectrets of the universe...sounds like a way that suits you--but the rules stay the same-get rid of ´´ego´´and all attachment to ideas other than just things to play around with. i seen most of what you tell, videos etc. but mostpeople and teachers got enlightened without this knowledge, it is unrelated.Stick with facts, daydream an hour per day, and for all i care, practice meditation.

You just don't get it. Everything IS connected. Sure you can ignore that which is not comfortable with you - or you simply cannot be bothered with. And that is fine. The past is not just the past - we come full circle and it gets to be repeated all over again.
It's far simpler to separate the truth from the fiction - but you don't want to go through the process.
This stuff about ETs, etc - is not just speculative. If we can accept it, and not treat it as some kind of joke, or something to be ignored. Acceptance of ETs - is part of the spiritual process - to know we are not alone. That if we exist, then others like us (humans just like us), also exist elsewhere.
There is evidence - which gets to be lumbered into that category called "Out of Place Artefacts" as such - but too often these get lost or put in closed museum, etc cupboards, etc.
There is stuff in science fiction - which will eventually become 'real' or 'reality' and so man's imagination can peer into possible futures - of which we choose to become part of. Our actions today dictate what the future will be like - and via reincarnation - we reap what we sow, though we have a memory loss as such. If we choose to turn our back on crude oil and concentrate instead on renewable energy resources - and such things such as cycling (biking) whenever we can - you can play your part in whether you're being greedy and living in luxury - or be spiritual and frugal, in helping to save this planet or not? Do you live what you believe in or not?
Who is really living in so kind of fictional world, or embracing reality and knowing how things really are?
If you don't take in information/data from all manner of sources - you can fool yourself you're living in some kind of fantasy world of your own.

I said i did explore a LOT of weird and outlandish theories. look at my avatar. All is connected, yep , nice new age phrase--i look at these presenters, o brien, the other guy, hancock, and they are not happy...they have some mental understanding, hancock smoked dope all day till recently, and then had an ayahuasca revelation that he should stop. the whole thing and importance of ity dissolves in the divine Presence. And when you are free, you dont really want to put your head back into that prison of speculation. It is easy to see things arent very harmonious. And also that all IS one...THAT is the message, the rest is decoration. look at yourself Are you free?. can you control the thoughtflow and stop it at will? If not , sharpen your instrument, clean up your system, because only then it will be able to discern what is important and what not. Textwall on leedskalnin etc....--i am sorry but really --will he save the world? if people will rise up in anger when they would know the truth--is that really the way forward?Another revolution with blood and death all over the place?

The modern western world is focused upon materialism and the almighty $ - but of course it also wants to strive for compassion and understanding. Truth is not an easy subject for people to get a hold of. It's very unsettling and for some - a very nasty shock if they have a distorted view of the world and reality. There is no escaping self responsibility - that the troubles in this world are of our own making, and when nature is blamed, it is only because of man's actions which makes natures' actions seem to be worse.
The spiritual nature of oneself is to live a life honestly with integrity - that which political and religious leaders do not. Certain business ventures do more harm than good - degrading our environment and not accepting it's responsibility. The biggest problem on this Earth - is the overpopulation of it, and the basic nature of how man cannot get on with his own kind. There should be a ban on violence and wars, etc. We'll always remain backward and primitive (even if we have the latest technology and gadgets etc) if violence is seen to be acceptable. ie. We all should acknowledge that wars set the world on a backward course - and the violence continues - and will never end, unless our attitude changes. That wars should be acknowledged for what they are - completely mad, unfair, unjust, a total waste of human life and resources, etc etc. And nothing is ever gained in war, except stupidity and the arrogance of those who think that the war was just.
It is alright to have different opinions and views - and argument is alright, as long as it straightforward and logical. People who get very emotional about ideas and beliefs can get lost as to what is true?
Even though you and I have different views, there should still be some areas we can agree upon - if we can agree that being 'fair' is always desirable - and it actually is the way to discern whether something is true or not. The world population wants a fair deal - or equality. That royalty has no place in a modern progressive world - and any leader has to lead by example, and not by dictating. And it really is as simple as that.
About the afterlife etc - we are all equal - and we all came from the same place, and return there. I go along with reincarnation - but do not accept Karma as being 'real'. It would be very unfair and unjust - if karma was valid. The same for a God deity not being valid. There is no supreme being - there is no cosmic justice as such. It simply does not happen.

There is no supreme being - there is no cosmic justice as such. It simply does not happen. you are saying that other people ´´should do ´´ things. But surely you have noticed how hard it is to change yourself. So how hard do you think it is to change others? Everything is resonance, vibration. If you emanate peace and wisdom, you´ll awaken it in others. It is not w o r d s that will change the world-words can be and are, used to justify just about anything. War is a vibration, the words to justify it likely are quite opposite of each other. This is where logic falls overboard. as long as you get angry about peole doing wrong things, (this ´´wrongness they commit, is fear based.´Fear, anger are closely related) you respond in the same vibration and the thing continues...the difficult thing here is ,and that is ´´working" on yerself,is to change your reaction..not by suppressing or ignoring anger, (cause thenit will come up with another reason,or victim)...but to dissolve it in a higher vibration--which is also "you", but obscured by cluods of conditionings which trigger anger etc. so that is what i practice on a daily basis.Seeing what vibrations are and how they affect my well being.Connecting to higher vibes which are already there and part of me, even if now invisible. the reason why religion still exists, is because the psycho-spiritual mechanism, (without the jesus and krshna pictures) works and is the same. Prayer is just a form of connecting to these higher vibrations. It is calling upon these higher vibes, and they respond--it can give relief--As is meditation, or burning everything in your heart, or simply being aware of this Force that is present in the 99.99% empty space in atoms.

It is easier to listen to what your heart and feelings say to you.
Vibrations is indistinct - and not something I can relate to.
It's even easier to relate to what common sense tells you - and what you see everyday of your life - ordinary people living an ordinary life and doing everyday things. There is no connection with religion(s) and what they say. Christianity says - you must have faith. They have a belief that faith will work wonders - but there are so few instances of that.
The truth is plain and obvious - the simpler explanation best fits. That we are told all kinds of explanations - but few of these have any substance to them - and most do not make any kind of sense at all.
But still an open mind is desirable - so that you can take on board new information and be able to update what you understand.
History does tell us a lot. Especially when you see the same patterns happening again and again throughout our history. Has mankind not learned at all - from life's hard lessons? Our political and religious leaders seem to have not learned at all. Billy Meier seems to be the only one? who seems to say sensible things - although his life story sounds like one of science fiction - but we are living in science fiction times.

And YES, I do think Jesus Christ was and still is a very important character, who shaped history big time.
And so did Shakespeare....later on...of course...

I think the bible is the expression of a certain mind-set. The landscape of the mind-set of a certain tribe. And also the "history" of that tribe, kinda sorta. I'm not a member of that tribe. I have nothing to do with it. My tribe is more about what Arthur Schopenhauer once said: "The Upanishads are the most uplifting texts I've ever read in my whole life."
But the Jesus Christ character is cool. I already wrote something to change his destiny. He did not die on the cross. Somebody else did, who copied him. But that bit, and how that came about, is part of another play I've written.
I'm a writer. I went all the way.
