Hello, I'm happy that I found this forum and I'm sure that all of you people are great Now straight to the point as I said in the Subject. I'm almost 25 years old and I have interest in the spiritual world from long time. Like 5-6 years. It started with seeing 1111 almost everywhere all the time, mostly when I was checking the time. Anyway I started reading articles on the internet and got into it. 1-2 years ago a friend of mine became a Reiki Master so i got a couple of treatments drom her. I was really impressed by the enery I recieved and the way I felt after the treatment. Now to the problems. 2 years ago I had my first panic attack. It was so strong it divided my life in two parts - before the panick attack and after the panick attack. I read alot about it and I learned myself to overcome it in most of the cases but there still are very bad situtaions that I hardly overcome and nearly lose control of it. Anyway a month ago I recieved again a Reiki Treatment and in the same day I started meditating for the first time to open my chakras. The next day I felt horrible. Dizziness, vommiting feeling, stomach aches and feeling that I will collapse every moment. That laste 1-2 days and I didnt stop the meditation, After these 2 days I felt great. Everything was perfect and I was happier than ever. Finally I have found my path! So I continued meditating and I still am. Its more than a month now. But couple of days ago I started feeling very strange. I have a 3th person like viewing of myself in my everyday life with is scarry in moments, also Im feeling a unpleasent sensation in my body, mostly in my belly and my chest and my mind isn't clear at all. This is not all the time, sometimes a moemnts of huge joy and bliss take place without any reason. So my question is "Is this normal and can you give me some advices to overcome this 'problems'?" If you have any questions about my situation I will answer you right away Long story short: Sometimes I have very unpleasent feelings that I hardly overcome and I ask for advice for overcoming them and finding an inside peace. Thanks in advance And sorry for my bad English

Yes, I felt great when started meditating. Maybe feeling great is your path? I don't think this could be a path itself, but it definitely is a sign that im getting on the right path. This is only my opinion and thats why I'm asking here for help.

Welcome e1for1o, to be honest I dont't know what seeing 1111 almost everywhere all the time, mostly when I was checking the time. means. . I don't have any experiences with Reiki, but I have had some sort of panic attacks myself. They started after I had meditated for some months and had become aware of "energy" moving in my body (there were also other circumstances which may have contributed). For me they passed by themselves, but of course they were challenging. For me I just tried to watch them. How does it start? Where does the fear come from? How does my body feel? Anyway a month ago I recieved again a Reiki Treatment and in the same day I started meditating for the first time to open my chakras. The next day I felt horrible. Dizziness, vommiting feeling, stomach aches and feeling that I will collapse every moment. That laste 1-2 days and I didnt stop the meditation, After these 2 days I felt great. Thanks in advance And sorry for my bad English Actually I would not recommend to open chakras by force (and I think many here on the forum would agree). Working with the chakras/on an energetic level can cause serious disturbances you might not be ready to deal with. It can happen that this "energy" (also know as kundalini) awakens and you might be forced to deal with it/ work on your chakras to avoid pain etc., but as long as it has not awoken, there might be safer paths. I have myself experienced the symptoms you described (dizziness, pain in my belly, nausea, even high temperature). Usually these experiences come and go in cycles as feeling great does. This is normal. How often do you meditate now? What is your motivation for meditation? What are you trying to overcome, to accomplish? Take care, Japhy

Thanks in advance And sorry for my bad English your english is ok. Mine....? well lets not talk about that. Are these feelings you have mentioned, when you sit? I am presuming your meditations are of the sitting kind and not the action ones.

japhy, thank you very much for your replay !
The seeing of 1111 is a sign of spirital awakening, there are a lot of articles on the internet about it.
I'm trying to observe the panic attacks too, but sometimes its very difficult to do that.
I meditate every day around 8 pm for about 30 minutes. Sometimes I meditate at 6 am for 10-15 minutes too. As I said in my first post my motivation for meditation is to find inner peace and overcome the panic attacks.
What do you mean by openieng tha chakras by force? Can you recommend me a good meditation for begginers?

It's like something terrifying is growing inside me and it affects my physical body and my mind, I can't even describe it properly. These feelings are much worse if I had a cople of drinks last night. Then it's a nightmare... My meditations are of the sitting kind, but the first 3 weeks I was lying down when meditating because I had trouble meditating in sitting position.

No, I mean that when the axiety strikes it doesn't matter if I'm sitting, walking or lying down. Sometimes I don't have them for weeks, sometimes I get them for a week straight.

Firstly, lets look at your-own Breath being the means of Healing yourself.
Lets say,
'youre having a rush right now and cannot assimulate the uprising flood of energy.'
1.0 Stand-up where ever you are and get as settled as you can. Then' when it comes-on again(which it will do) bend your knees slightly.
1.1 Further to the above, take one long deep breath and slowly( or forcibly) exhale and observe the changing symptoms.
1.2 Don't over breathe or try to control; focus on your exhales.
lemme know how it flows.
