How do you know it's the real Jed? My sense is that this is the real deal, but it's just a hunch based on style, which is unique.

This forum is just an SA forum, of sorts. Publicly viewable as opposed to private. The only style of his I have to go on are his published works, which may explain the spelling stuff (assuming he had some other pair of eyes look over his books). The main difference I see, which may be due to him interacting on a one-to-one basis, is that he doesn't have the edge. Rather, he's very polite and supportive. Like the difference between a manifesto and a letter I guess. But don't you think his rant above sounds like good ol Jed? edit: oh yea I did note that first sp mistake. It was odd. Jed, if you're reading, it's cojones. Mebbe you were thinking of kahuna, which is some Hawaiian reference.

I'm sure I'll go back. First impression, I don't see Jed saying "Love, ya". I also went to his website. There is a blog there but it says Jed has nothing to do with it. ..... OTOH, as this site (Invisible Guru) is over a year old, I'm sure Jed knows about it......there might be a posting on the Wise Fool saying, (Invisible Guru), that's not me... There isn't (but then again, Jed might not care).... So...

Yeah I see it is a form of public autolysis and yeah I see your point that he could have had a proof reader for the books so any spelling mistakes were picked out. I recognise the similarities, though I don't see anything new. Though as you say that may be due to the environment and the nature of the posts. As you say 'good ol Jed'. I'm not that interested in the threads themselves I'm just looking at his words directly.. jedmckenna.createaforum.com/index.php?action=profile;u=2;area=showposts;start=0Show me one post where he mentions Maya the Border Collie? Warfare was published in 2010, she wouldn't be dead yet! I hear the argument that says it doesn't matter if it's the author of the books, it's about whether the site is actually helpful. I honestly do

I honestly do hey! that's a nice forum much better than this one Dear S: In my experience, to destroy something is to put even more attachment into it. I love the expression that David Icke said to me years ago (many). Words to the effect of 'That's s h i t, I'm outa here.' Simple, to the point, no drama b.s., just leave. Ever drive a car with a trailer on it, maybe a boat or camper? When you want to leave it somewhere, you don't destroy (usually, unless it's some dumb reality TV show.) you just detach it. Mechanically (you walk out) and electrically (you unplug the tail light mechanism). What could be easier? You can then drive off without another thought. Love ya, Jed.

hey! that's a nice forum much better than this one I've only just read a couple of pages from a couple of threads... but that Jed character sounds pretty clear. it will be interesting to see how he's dealt with some passing ciggy man...

I'm hoping any ciggy man would get the boot pretty dang quick. He seems happily ruthless as a mod.

I've only just read a couple of pages from a couple of threads... but that Jed character sounds pretty clear. it will be interesting to see how he's dealt with some passing ciggy man... He is clear and I'm only in doubt that he is the same character that wrote 5 books. I recently reread Warfare and to be honest the language of the book hasn't been completely assimilated. The framework of them is there, though their nuances aren't. There are a multitude of posts where he's pushed for time!? What's that all about. In the books, David Icke is never mentioned yet I've seen his name twice already tonight. It's a rebirth of a site that was in operation previous to it. And some of the lessons revealed in that have obviously been taken on board. The forum Jed will ask for focus and encourage the honing in on one question, if it's indicated that that is all that is left. It's always good to ask what is being learned by the one positioning themselves in a teacher role.
