I'm about two-thirds of the way through this (got the book from the Library). I'm enjoying it.
This Larry Darrell must be one of the first hippy characters in literature, off to india looking for himself. good stuff.
I look forward to seeing the movie too (the Murray version) -- though I'm having a hard time imaging BM as Larry right now.
What other novels are there of characters that bump into or grapple with this nondual stuff?

Bill Murray did a great job in the RE. The first time I saw it his humor put me off a bit, but the next time I saw it (and the twenty times after that) it was hysterical, and perfect for the role. It is probably my favorite movie of all time with "Groundhog Day" a close second.
