Are Curses Real?
" We’ve all heard of famous curses like The Hope Diamond, King Tut’s Curse, and the Kennedy Curse. But are they real or just a series of coincidences? It’s true that our words hold power. In the Book of Genesis, God creates the entire world with His words. Words are indeed seeds of creation, but the power of belief is just as potent. Let’s examine some famous curses and let the facts help us determine if curses are powered by words or belief. Could it be that there is magic in the intention behind a curse? Or it more plausible that curses only work if the curser and the cursee believe in it? "

The Skanda Purana lists six kinds of Vaishnava aparadhas or improper dealings with the Lord's devotees.
1) To kill a devotee 2) To blaspheme a devotee 3) To envy a devotee 4) To get angry at a devotee 5) To fail to offer respects to a devotee 6) To not feel joy upon seeing a devotee
A bad omen or precedent will happen if one commits offenses against Krsna's devotees.

From Vedic Warriors
Chanting of Hare Krishna Mahamantra can resolves the biggest problem that is the cycle of birth, death, old age and disease.
Shukdeva goswami says to Maharaja Pariksit in Srimad Bhagwatam
kaler doṣa-nidhe rājann
asti hy eko mahān guṇaḥ
kīrtanād eva kṛṣṇasya
mukta-saṅgaḥ paraṁ vrajet
Translation-My dear King, although Kali-yuga is an ocean of faults, there is still one good quality about this age: Simply by chanting the Hare Kṛṣṇa mahā-mantra, one can become free from material bondage and be promoted to the transcendental kingdom.
The highest benediction.
Srila Prabhupada the founder acharya of International Society of Krishna Consciousness in the purport of Bhagvad Gita verse 10.11 writes
“Due to the contamination of material association, through many, many millions of births, one's heart is always covered with the dust of materialism, but when one engages in devotional service and constantly chants Hare Kṛṣṇa, the dust quickly clears, and one is elevated to the platform of pure knowledge. The ultimate goal, Viṣṇu, can be attained only by this chant and by devotional service, and not by mental speculation or argument. The pure devotee does not have to worry about the material necessities of life; he need not be anxious, because when he removes the darkness from his heart, everything is provided automatically by the Supreme Lord, who is pleased by the loving devotional service of the devotee.”
Lord Krishna will provide us everything when we are devotee and fully surrendered to him and serving him without any selfish motive.
This is the qualification of a pure devotee and this can be achieved by chanting the Hare Krishna mahamantra.
Chaitanya mahaprabhu says in sikshashtakam first verse
cheto darpan maarjanam bhav maha davaagni nirvaapanam
Chanting of holy name of lord Hare Krishna extinguish the fire of misery burning in this world.
So we should chant Hare Krishna with full faith and determination

The fall of Boeing
Boeing shareholders sue over 737 MAX debacle The temperature is rising within Boeing as a new lawsuit accuses the company of defrauding shareholders by masking safety deficiencies in the 737 MAX, leading to two fatal crashes within six months and an ongoing worldwide grounding of the type.
Citing Reuters, the proposed class action filed in Chicago federal court seeks damages for alleged securities fraud violations, after $34 billion was eliminated from Boeing’s market value within two weeks of the most recent 737 MAX crash being Ethiopian Airlines flight 302, leaving 157 passengers and crew deceased.
The complaint states Boeing “effectively put profitability and growth ahead of airplane safety and honesty” by rushing the 737 MAX to market to compete with Airbus, while leaving out “extra” or “optional” features designed to prevent the Ethiopian Airlines and Lion Air crashes.

If Boeing is Being and Ethiopia is Utopia. Then this Utopia arising from Being is doomed to crash

Boeing Has Called 737 Max 8 ‘Not Suitable’ for Certain Airports
By Anita Sharpe

Before last month’s crash of a flight that began in Ethiopia, Boeing Co. said in a legal document that large, upgraded 737s “cannot be used at what are referred to as ‘high/hot’ airports."
At an elevation of 7,657 feet -- or more than a mile high -- Addis Ababa’s Bole International Airport falls into that category. High elevations require longer runways and faster speeds for takeoff. The Ethiopian airport’s altitude hasn’t been cited as a factor in the downing of Flight 302 and likely didn’t cause the crash. But it could have exacerbated the situation because an airplane’s performance degrades at higher altitudes, said a 737 pilot who flies into high-elevation airports such as Denver and agreed to speak on background since he’s not authorized to talk with the media.
Data released last week from the Ethiopian Airlines flight indicated the pilots didn’t cut the 737 Max 8 airplane’s speed after takeoff when they should have. The preliminary report on the disaster said the plane’s anti-stall system pushed the nose of the plane down less than two minutes into the flight because of a malfunctioning sensor. The pilots struggled to control the plane as it hurtled toward the ground at 575 miles per hour.
“The faster the airplane is going, the more force of air there is on its wings and control surfaces which requires more force on the pilots’ part to pull the control” column, said Robert Mark, a commercial pilot and senior editor with Flying Magazine.
