Just a random thought... I start trying to imagine what it would be like to be "God", if individual life forms are illusions, and it can be kind of weird ... I know, I know, I can't imagine, but just the thought of some kind of singular, eternal, universal mind/consciousness -- alone, forever -- is ... not sure the word... scary, disturbing, depressing ... ? Any body else ever freak themselves out with a thought like that?

It seems to me that the only way to be disturbed by such a thought is if you believe it to be true and it somehow will be or is part of your experience...the experience of you being forever alone that is.

As 'God', once you create the illusions you are so busy with their problems that you don't have time to think as "but they are illusions and I am lonely". Especially after they begin to say "I am someone", you will be very very busy .

That gazillion years is nothing to the timeless. A gazillion big bangs have occurred and will continue to occur in the blink of an eye. Now that's what I would call freaky ..

That would only be the case if 'God' (or 'Self', or whatever) had the capacity to have specific memories of 'the past' and imaginings of 'the future'. In and of itself, it simply has no need for such a capacity.

It was through a CC experience that it was revealed that the singularity became the many as a means of self-discovery and as a result of self-awareness, 'I AM'.. similar to the 'big bang' theory, oneness became manyness, and while individuations are in essence oneness, they also have the same attributes/potential as the singularity.. through these independently functioning versions of oneness a natural result is companionship with individuations manifested with equal attributes/potential..

So, would you say that you see your thinking as God's thinking? I don't think in those terms, but I can see how someone else might. There is only THIS, so whatever is happening is THIS in action. That which sees is THIS; that which is seen is THIS; that which thinks is THIS; that which feels is THIS; that which meditates is THIS; that which is aware without seeing is THIS; that which is aware of Itself in an undivided state is THIS, etc.. If someone asks, "Who are you?" there are many different ways to answer the question, and each answer will result from ascertaining the questioner's state of mind: 1. Most people only want to know one's conventional identity, so the response will be, "I'm John/Jane Doe." 2. People who are searching for the truth, but are still seeking an intellectual understanding can be answered by spreading one's arms wide to indicate *___________________* and responding, "I'm THIS." 3. People who are searching for the truth, and are ready to go deeper can be answered by remaining silent while staring intently at the questioner 4. People who have had many insights and are fully ripe can be answered, "Quick! Quick! Speak!"

THIS knows that it's time to take a shower, and then go meet some people for dinner.

So, would you say THIS that know's taking a shower, and going to meet some people for dinner; the entire creation, as it is being observed through the sense organs, knows it is an upside down perception?
