Hey guys. With this thread, I am hoping to provide a space where any and all conclusions can be put down for a minute, firstly to acknowledge the indisputably undeniable fact that (whatever the particular content, and whether or not we believe that content is real or unreal) what we can call 'experiencing' IS (at the very least SEEMING to be, at the moment) happening, and then to share what we feel and think about this fact. No need to arrive at any conclusions on this thread. This is just for fun.

Okay, reflecting for a moment on what I feel and think about this 'fact' is that it's a pretty darn cool thing.

*Bumping*, just to bring attention back to 'experiencing' itself, for a minute. Notice how there is simply no way at all to put 'what 'experiencing' is like' into words.... ....even so....I'm tempted to suggest that there TRUELY could be no Divinity other than this....

*Bumping*, just to bring attention back to 'experiencing' itself, for a minute. Notice how there is simply no way at all to put 'what 'experiencing' is like' into words.... It seems to me... from one position - you just did. You just clearly expressed 'there is no way of expressing what the experience is like.' From another position - perhaps you lack the ability to express yourself in such a manner as you judge as a satisfactory description of the experience. From another position - perhaps this inability is due to the scope of the experience, in that is it quite easy to clearly express a small simple experience...changing a flat tyre... yet when it comes to describing every aspect of Cern's Large Hadron Collider, if you are profoundly impressed with this sort of stuff, you are overwhelmed by emotion as you observe how many intricate details need to be expressed and the interconnectivity of them all. From another position - if something is unfamiliar, not similar to anything previously experienced, one can be rendered speechless as even though one is fully aware of what they have experienced, but one cannot find any known frames of reference in order to verbally express the phenomena or the sensations one feels. From another position - being rendered speechless, occurs in many situations, lasting in various amounts of time, from a millionth of a second to several. One aspect is self is experiencing positive sensations from the experience or observation, and thus one simply chooses, either consciously or unconsciously, to remain still minded and simply focus on the moment\be in the moment and the awe one feels from the event. One simply does not want those sensations to disperse and the mental processing and expression of the event can wait till later. So perhaps it seems to me, the potential exists that one can be rendered speechless for years, and thus the conclusion that the experience can never(implied) be adequately expressed, might be erroneous. From another position - being rendered speechless can signify one has no understanding of what they are experiencing. From another position - fear has been known to stop people in their tracks. Standing in awe, without any conclusions I have had a number of experiences that evoke awe within me, some small, some huge. To my satisfaction, at a later date, some i have been able to adequately express, some not. Some i desire to formulate understanding, some i don't.

Remove This and Divinity remains. It's very interesting. Divinity for me is neither something nor is it nothing. It just IS.

I was out on the fifth floor balcony this morning as a yearling Bald Eagle swooped up to land on the roof above me.. i was able to lean out and look up about 10 to 15 feet and see the Eagle seeing me..

Did it turn it's head towards you? It turned its head many ways, but the 'connection' was made as the bird leaned in with one eye seeing me see it, then.. it responded to a practiced 'hawk-like whistle' by shuffling a little closer, cranking it's head sideways and unleashing a powerful 'screee', as if to say: 'let me show you how it's done'..

That's actually a really cool story and I enjoyed reading it ... but dude, you don't have to project your persona onto every living thing that sends information your way.

I've got a coupla experiences of being awed, but they require more than a few lines of text to adequately express, and they are already posted in my last forum home, and they contain ponderings about them, thus the stories do not fit into the parameters defined by the thread author.
Me and a Kookaburra. Me and a leaf. Me and a tiny stream. The day i realized my wife did not love me. Me and the shape shifting down syndrome girl in church. Me and my Dawta arguing and realizing i did not have proof i was right. Me and god's booming voice. Me and the street preacher.

You could share some of them in another thread (new or ?) or provide links to some of them. They sound interesting. (I think I've heard some of them but it's been a long time.)

If i have time after i finish posting in the Shaming thread..as that is my priority now seeing as i only got three days left. I am not a multitasker, and if i allocate time to doing this task, before i know it, i've done my usual full immersion and used up a day instead of a few minutes...just like with the posting of pics this morn. I've become so unassociated with time since my 'bodhi tree' experience...constantly losing track of earth time when i am in the moment.
